The soft reset package is a good option for an owner occupied home.
Soft reset staging consists of refreshing the home with the intent of selling it.
Consider it a face-lift for your home.
We will get the job done. In the soft reset staging process the homeowners own furnishings are used and rearranged to best highlight the home. The focus is on creating a cohesive palette for the home, which is accomplished through creative and thoughtful use of the owner’s current furnishings and decor. We add in additional accessories and decor as needed to enhance the overall vision.

RE-sale Consultation
Our re-sale consultation is a great option for the seller that needs a clear vision of the work entailed to get a top-tier listing price.
This service includes a walk through at the home, followed by a detailed plan outlining our professional opinion of work to done. This may include our advice on paint colors, repairs, furniture placement, de-cluttering ideas, etc. This leaves the decision up to the seller on what amount of work to complete prior to listing.
*Price: $150 (includes 1 hour consultation at the home and detailed written outline of suggested work to be completed)

STAGING CONSULTATION
Our consultation includes a visit to the home to identify which rooms are being staged. We take into consideration the overall layout, significant architectural features, and details. A design plan is drafted, presented and approved prior to actual staging.
